Tampa is hard on paint. Sun fades it, summer rain finds every crack in the stucco, and salt air lifts it off the fascia. An exterior paint job that lasts starts with the parts you never see: pressure cleaning, scraping back what has failed, patching the cracks, caulking every gap and priming the bare spots.
Only then do we paint. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams exterior paint on the body of the house, and the trim, fascia, soffits, shutters and doors brushed by hand. Windows, light fixtures, plants, the driveway and the pool deck are covered before we start, and we clean up at the end of every day.
We paint block and stucco homes, wood and fibre cement siding, garage doors, front doors, lanais, fences and gates. For businesses we paint offices, shopfronts and rental properties, and we can start early or work weekends so you stay open. When the last coat is dry we walk the whole exterior with you. If something is not right, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it.

Free on-site estimate
We walk the outside of the property with you, note the repairs and give you a written price the same day.
Colours and dates
You choose the colours. If you have a homeowners association we help with the approval paperwork before the start date.
Cleaning and repairs
Pressure cleaning first, then scraping, patching, caulking and priming. This is the part that makes the paint last.
Painting
Two coats on the body, then trim, fascia, shutters and doors by brush. We work around the weather so nothing goes on wet stucco.
Walkthrough
We walk the whole exterior with you before we pack up. Anything you spot, we fix.
Questions we hear most
How long does an exterior job take?
Most single-storey homes take three to five days including cleaning and repairs. Two-storey homes and commercial buildings take longer, and the estimate says how many days.
What about the rain?
We do not paint on wet stucco or when rain is due within a few hours. In summer we start early and plan around the afternoon storms, so a job may take an extra day.
Do you fix stucco cracks and rotten wood?
We patch stucco cracks and caulk gaps as part of every exterior job. Where fascia or trim boards are rotten, we tell you at the estimate and price the replacement separately.
Which paint do you use outside?
Sherwin-Williams exterior paints chosen for stucco, siding or wood, in the finish that suits the surface. Flat or satin on the body, semi-gloss on trim and doors.
My homeowners association has to approve the colour. Can you help?
Yes. We provide the Sherwin-Williams colour names and codes for your application and can paint a sample patch for the committee.
Do you paint commercial buildings?
Yes. Offices, shopfronts, small warehouses and rental properties across Tampa. We can work early mornings or weekends so your business stays open.
